Catholic Community Services has been placing children for adoption since 1937. CCS has programs in the US and South Korea.
 
WACAP (World Association for Children and Parents) is an international nonprofit adoption and child assistance agencies in the United States. WACAP has programs in USA, Bulgaria, China, Ethiopia, India, Korea, Russia, Taiwan, and Thailand.  However, programs are subject to change as laws change so check their program listing for the most current open programs.
