We assist adoptive families in the following areas: step parent adoption, private or independent adoption, international adoption and readoption, agency adoption, adult adoption, same sex and second parent adoption, and foster care adoption.

We will help you create essential estate planning documents such as a will, medical and financial powers of attorney and a health care directive, also called a "living will."  Probate is a legal process whereby the assets of a deceased person are properly distributed.

A guardianship is a legal right given to a person or entity to be responsible for a person deemed incapable of providing these necessities for himself or herself.  A guardianship may be established for personal matters, financial protection, or both.
